Return policyAll products* purchased from Macmilano.com can be returned within 14 days after order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Bottles/bidons (hygienic reasons)
In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returned products that are not accepted:
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing for reasons not due to our fault.
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a certain number of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE OF ITEMS
Only items with a normal price can be refunded, but unfortunately, sales items cannot be refunded.
We only replace articles that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return shipment. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the delivery person has had the order delivered later, we will send a refund to the delivery person of the gift and he or she will then be informed of your return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the product will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item in excess of $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or taking out shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
