1. Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices mentioned on the website are including VAT.
2. Where can I find the technical and other information about a product?
By clicking on the information page of the product, all available documentation for that product will be displayed. We advise you not to save this information, but to look every time on the website. This way you can be sure that you always have the most up-to-date information.
3. How do I know if an item is in stock?
All products that are visible on our webshop are linked to the stock system of our distribution centre and are in stock unless otherwise indicated. It is, of course, possible that you are looking for a product and cannot find it in our webshop. Is this the case? Please contact our customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org, we will let you know when a particular product is back in stock.
1. What are the payment methods?
In addition to manually transferring your payment to our bank account, we offer the most secure payment methods: Credit card, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Apple pay, Bancontact, iDeal. Payment with gift voucher via the webshop is unfortunately not yet possible.
2. Can I also manually transfer my payment via my bank?
It is also possible to make a manual transfer. When the payment has been received, we will immediately process and send the order. You can transfer the amount of your order to the following account: IBAN BE25 3631 7751 4282 BIC BBRUBEBB, att..: Macmilano. When executing the payment, always mention the order number + your name + address for fast processing. It is expected that the payment will be processed within 1-2 working days.
3. Can I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order before shipping your goods, we can probably still cancel your order. In this case, please contact us at email@example.com. Be sure to mention your order number and the goods you wish to cancel. If the order has already been dispatched, you can return standard products to us in accordance with the right of withdrawal. The terms and conditions can be found in our general terms and conditions. If the order can be cancelled before the production of the products, the already paid amount will be refunded to your account within 30 days. If only a part of the order can be cancelled, you will receive the respective amount back.
4. Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change an order. We recommend that you cancel your order (see Can I cancel my order?) and place a new order.
5. Can I add something to my order?
No, we recommend that you place an additional order and contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will send both orders together and you will receive any double paid shipping costs back to your account within 30 days.
6. What if I made a mistake when filling in my address?
If the order has not yet been shipped, we can change the address for you. So please contact us quickly at email@example.com.
7. Can I send my order to two addresses?
No, we cannot deliver 1 order to two addresses. We recommend that you place a separate order for two separate delivery addresses. This will result in double shipping costs.
Return and refund
1. How can I return my purchase?
If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state your order number and the reason for your return and our team will take care of it as soon as possible.
2. Can I return my purchase at all times?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the purchased items within 14 days from the delivery date. After this period, the purchase is considered as final. Read the Terms and Conditions for the return conditions.
3. How long will it take until my money is refunded?
Within 10 working days after receipt of your return, your purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded.
4. I have returned a product, but have not yet received the purchase price back?
The processing of returns often takes two working days plus two days for the payment provider. So please allow about 7 working days. Does it take longer? Please contact us at email@example.com and we will sort it out for you as soon as possible.
1. How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Unsubscribing is very easy, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the e-mail address where you will receive the newsletter. We will then make sure that you do not receive the newsletter anymore.
